1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the InnoTech Academy website or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

Users must create an account to enroll in courses.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
InnoTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of our policies.

4. Course Enrollment & Access

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Access to course materials is granted for the duration specified on the course page.
Sharing course content or login credentials is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments and Refunds

A 50% down payment is required at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid before the course start date.
Refunds are available only for live (in-person) courses, subject to our Payment & Refund Policy.
Online courses are non-refundable once access is granted.

Some courses may offer certificates of completion or be accredited by partner institutions.
Accreditation details and any associated fees will be clearly listed on the course page.

All course content, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of InnoTech Academy or its partners.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

9. User Conduct

Users must adhere to our Content Guidelines & Community Standards.
Harassment, cheating, or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

InnoTech Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from course participation.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of Giza Governorate.
